~ Please LIKE the Facebook Page (My Unreal Wedding), to receive the most up to date Public Posts.
~ Please JOIN the Facebook Group (Unreal Wedding Industry Pros), to receive valuable Vendor Info and the opportunity to network with your fellow Unreal Wedding Vendors!
~ MUWE will heavily advertise, but EVERY vendor is REQUIRED to SHARE at least THREE of our publicity Facebook posts, to your business page, within the three weeks prior to the Expo (one per week).
~ Every vendor will be provided with Two Free Tickets, which must be given TO ONE BRIDE/GROOM, via a Social Media contest. We ask that you spend $5 to promote the contest post! We’ll be sharing your posts, to help promote your business and your contest, as well! Vendor will be provided an exclusive FREE TICKET COUPON CODE, for their winner. But, must also provide us with the Ticket Winner Name AND Email Address. Winner MUST be announced no later than 7pm on August 16th. (Oh, and in case you're wondering, we LOVE FB Live Winner Drawings) - We will be sending out an email with specific Contest and Ticket Redemption Instructions during the week of August 6th. WE WILL BE TAGGING BUSINESSES IN THE EXPO, so BRIDES WILL BE LOOKING FOR YOUR CONTEST!!! Please, fulfill your part and promote YOUR participation in the event - remember it helps YOUR business, which is why you are in the Expo!
~ Every vendor who fulfills both of the above requirements will be entered in to a drawing for a Dinner for Two Gift Card!
~ Vendors will have Event Day access starting at 9:00 AM for set-up and must CHECK-IN at the Vendor Check-In Table prior to entering the Exhibition Hall. EACH Vendor Wristband must be picked up, here.
~ Each Vendor Booth will be provided with three ID Wristbands. This ID band must be worn, to identify each Vendor, and is required for entry, through the Vendor Entrance. Additional wristbands may be purchased in advance and at the door. (Please be respectful of this - while many know you know are, those working the check-in station or door might not and they will just be doing their job, when asking for your wristband or paid admission.)
~ Vendors contributing to a Real Life Inspiration Board will be provided with a delivery time window, in advance of the show. Some vendors will be required to deliver their items to the CCEC on Saturday, for early set-up.
~ Loading area is for loading and unloading only. Be respectful of other vendors. Move vehicles to the side parking lot, immediately after unload.
~ Once your vehicle is unloaded and moved, all exhibitors must enter through the Vendor Entrance, which will be indicated on a map, sent out prior to the Expo dates. But, please, DO NOT GO THROUGH A TURNSTILE!
~Once a vendor has committed to contribute to a Real Life Inspiration Board, participation is legally binding. Any withdrawal is subject to financial compensation, to cover the cost of replacement and administrative fees to find said replacement, up to $500. Vendor will be invoiced and balance will be due on receipt.
~ Vendor will provide a gift certificate or merchandise with minimum value of $50.00, to be given away during the Cake Ribbon Prize Pull . Your gift description must be provided on your Registration Page THREE WEEKS prior to the Expo.
~ WE WILL HAVE BEST BOOTH AWARDS, which will be judged by a panel of experts BEFORE the Expo and awarded at 12:30. The MOST INTERACTIVE Booth Award, however, will be awarded AFTER the event, based on how much you interact with your guests. So, BRING YOUR 'A' GAME! Have Fun, BE Unique, BE Interactive, BE Inspiring! :)
~ All displays must be professionally and tastefully finished and completed by 12:00pm. No vendor may begin setup after noon and will forfeit Expo payment. Vendors may set-up early, leave, and return no later than 12:30! Guests are waiting in line by 12:15!!!
~ Decorate the designated booth space with appropriate items and materials of interest that are related to the products or service sold by the exhibitor. NO PLAIN TABLE BOOTHS ALLOWED, as you will NOT be noticed and your financial investment will have been lost! To assist in the success of your investment, we are offering Booth Coaching, to help you better design your booth, as well as the paid service of a Fully Designed Booth. If you show up at the Expo unprepared, you will have two options – pay a higher on-site fee for last minute help – or, not participate and lose your vendor fee.
~ PLEASE NOTE that Chairs are for resting PRIOR to the Expo and the occasional during-Expo rest. DO NOT sit in your chair for the duration of the Expo! Again, you will NOT be noticed and will miss out on business. Brides want to see you and talk face to face. You're creating and selling a relationship as much as you are selling a product or service. If you are sitting behind a table, you are not able to adequately interact and are missing opportunities!
~ Vendors must wear clothing that tastefully represents our Wedding Community, rofessional uniform or wedding attire.
~ Vendors will have Booth or table manned during all show hours, will not dismantle or breakdown booth(s)s until show conclusion (at least 4pm), and agrees to completely remove booth(s) from show site by the final move-out time limit, two hours after show conclusion. Penalty fees may apply after such time.
~ Exhibitors that require wireless internet will need to request a WiFi Info Sheet, at Check-In. Each Exhibitor will need to test the connection prior to the show starting in order to allow time for troubleshooting. All Internet connections at the CCEC will require a password.
~ One company per booth. Multiple representatives of the same company, within one booth, will be permitted. Please specify such on the Vendor Registration Information.
~ Exhibitors will not display items from any other business nor distribute any other business’ materials at the show without written consent by MUWE Producer. In other words, if a business has not paid to be in the Expo, they may NOT be advertised, in any way! Be respectful of vendors who PAID to participate! You aren’t in the Expo for free, why should anyone else be?
~ Sample size portions of food/drink are permitted. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
~ Exhibitors must not interfere with the neighboring booth’s visibility or infringe on their area. Entire display must be kept within the confines of the contracted exhibit space.
~ The operation of any machinery or equipment which is of sufficient volume to be annoying to neighboring exhibitors will not be permitted.
~ CCEC will not allow open flame in the building. Candles with glass protection surrounding the flame are permitted. Open flame candles (candles that do not have glass protection) will be extinguished.
~ Additional booth equipment is available on a first come, first serve basis, and should be ordered in advance. Day-of orders are subject to availability and must be paid in cash.
~ Equipment has weight limitations. You will be required to pay for breakage.
~ Vendors must protect all equipment, walls, columns and floors from damage. Vendors will be held responsible and charged for any damage, or for any clean-up necessitated by paint, grease, oil, abrasives, or excess debris left in the vendor’s space.
~ The Vendor is entirely responsible for the exhibit space allotted and shall be liable for any loss or damage to the premises and for any loss or damage to any equipment.
~ If Vendor sells merchandise from their booth, it is the vendor’s responsibility to collect tax at the proper rate, pay the tax collected, and report the tax for the correct location.
~ MUWE will exercise all reasonable care for the protection of vendor’s materials/displays. Vendors wishing to insure their goods must do so at their own expense. Vendors are charged with knowledge of all laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, customs and public safety while participating in the show.
~ Insure yourself against any claims resulting from the exhibits. MUWE and CCEC will not be responsible for any personal injury, damage or loss to exhibits by fire, theft, pilferage, malicious action or accidents.
~ Upon signing completed Vendor Application, Vendor assumes all risks and liabilities for accidents, injuries or damages to person or property and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the CCEC, MUWE, and their managers, show sponsors, employees, and volunteers against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, theft, damage, costs and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or in connection with the exhibitor’s participation in the show or from exhibitor's activities conducted upon CCEC property.
~ Vendors may make payment with check, or credit card. Payment by check saves services fees - check must be received within 14 days. On-line Registration is required of Every Vendor! Registration indicates that you agree to the entire Vendor Agreement.
~ Exhibitor understands and agrees that this contract is firm with a non-refundable payment. Payment and logo must be received by August 3rd, 2018, for inclusion in Event Guide. LOGO is to be loaded at Registration Check-out - psd or png version preferred. If there are any problems doing so, please email your logo to Info@MyUnrealWedding.com
~ Exhibitors shall exclusively use the provided list of registered brides and Vendor Networking List. Exhibitors will not lend-out, sell, barter or allow any unauthorized usage, or permit any reproduction thereof. List will be provided within the week following the Expo.
~ Exhibitors who violate the MUWE Rules & Regulations may be banned from participating in future shows and subject to penalty fees and legal action, as well as losing any and all paid vendor fees.
~ MUWE reserves the right to cancel contract with any exhibitor any time prior to or during the show.
~ My Unreal Wedding Expo reserves the right to refuse any vendor for any reason.
~ Show Management retains right to change exhibitor’s booth location at any time at its sole discretion.
