If your vendor category is full, your payment will be returned.  My Unreal Wedding Expo has the right to refuse  and return payment to any business we feel is detrimental to the integrity of the event. Beyond those reasons, once payment is received, no refunds will be issued.

THIS VENDOR BOOTH IS IN THE PRIMARY EXHIBITION HALL and based on ONE single, in-full payment.  This is for one, single 10x10 Vendor Booth, which includes one table, one linen, two chairs, three vendor wristbands.  Any additional items require additional purchase.  

Includes the option to contribute your items to the Swag Bags, receive the Bride Lead List, and be included in the collective Social Media promotions.  Participation in Real Life Inspiration Board is optional, if applicable, and if available, at no additional vendor fee.

Each Member will need to personally check in at the Registration Desk, in order to pick up their wristband. 

Once the allotted 3 free are accounted for, each additional wristband will be $10. 

Advance purchases can easily be taken care of here, so they are ready for pick-up, at check-in.

THIS IS FOR AN OUTSIDE FOOD TRUCK VENDOR SPACE - Suggested participation time is at least 11:30am - 4:00pm.  The vendors setting up their booths get very hungry and have requested more on-site food service!  Otherwise, they have to leave the Expo site to go get food.  Additionally, guests begin to arrive as early as noon.  This is the perfect opportunity to feed them, while they wait! 

Includes the option to contribute your items to the Swag Bags.  You will receive a Bride Lead List and be included in Social Media promotions.

My Unreal Wedding Expo is a rain or shine event.  There are no refunds for rain or inclement weather.  Tents are allowed but may only secured with weights and not by in-ground stakes.

You will have ample space in front of your food truck to set-up your own seating area and promote your catering services.  If you are requesting electricity, please know that we will accommodate as possible, but it is only based on availability, based on when your space is reserved and paid.  You will be required to bring a lengthy power cord, sufficient to cover your needs.
